Hello Little Scout has been in dire need of an update for some time now. But with us being all over the place this summer (literally) it's been hard to find the extra time. I am so happy to say it's finally done and I couldn't be happier! We were in need of a little virtual face lift :) I have made it easier to navigate and find previous posts, freebies, baby stuff, and tutorials. I have also added a search bar to the right so you can easily find anything you are looking for!
Lately, we have been getting a lot of questions about advertising, side bar ads, and sponsoring. It's taken me a while to even address this topic because honestly, I didn't even know where to start! I started this blog about 5 years ago as a journal for our family and it has expanded into something far greater than I ever could have imagined! Words cannot express my gratitude for everyone that has followed along with us on our journey. Because of this blog, I have met so many incredible and talented women whom I truly care for. You ladies mean more to me than you will ever know! With our growing followers, I am very excited to expand Hello Little Scout and our content to ideas, products, and brands that fit us and the style of our blog. If this is something that you are interested in you can find more information under our {Sponsor} page.
On to the goods! We finally made it back to California after an end of summer vacation and 3 weeks of fun in Utah! It's always so good to see all of our family and friends. I'll admit though, it's nice to be back home on our regular schedule. Oh, and we missed the beach too :)

Can you even believe that I am still posting about Bentley's birthday? Yeah, I'm the worst blogger ever! Seriously though, that's my end of summer resolution. I have a lot to catch you guys up on! We started off the morning with some homemade blueberry pancakes. Only the best for my big birthday boy!
Cheese smile? I'll take it!
Then, we had to do what every baby does on their birthday and play in a crib full of balloons. Of course right!? We both had too much fun with this! It's so strange for me to look back at these photos and see how much Bentley has already changed. He looks so much older now, I definitely don't approve of this growing up thing!
Nose dive!

Later that afternoon after Brady got back from school we took Bentley to get a ball. He loves them!! He was also pretty excited about making his first dunk.
We waited to give Bentley his first taste of Ice Cream for his 1st birthday. I think I can speak for everyone when I say that face is absolutely priceless. He devoured it!
The first of many more birthdays to come with our sweet little B. We love him more than words can explain!
